Archived Foundations wasn’t born in a corporate boardroom; it started at fifteen years old, rooted in late nights spent experimenting with graphic design before a deep love for fashion transformed those digital canvases into physical garments. An archive is a collection kept for the future, and a foundation is the base that holds everything together—which is exactly what we build: meaningful, lasting wardrobe pieces. Shipping

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Ready-to-Ship Items: All in-stock items are processed and shipped within [3–5] business days.

• Preorders (Only applies to items marked as Preorder): Items marked as "Preorder" have unique shipping timelines. Please refer to the specific product description for estimated shipping windows. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship once the preorder item is ready.

• Business Hours: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Archived Foundations not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Archived Foundations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.

Returns & Exchange Policy

To maintain the "Archived" nature of our collections, our return policy is as follows:

• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Exchanges: Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, limited edition "Archived" drops, and intimate apparel are Final Sale.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Terms of Service

By purchasing from Archived Foundations, you agree to the following:

• Product Accuracy: We strive to display colors and textures as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

• Inventory: In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
